make things right.
Please read our shipping and returns policies below and contact

- All in stock orders will ship within 3 business days
- We ship U.S. domestic orders via UPS Ground using rates determined by the weight and size of your package
- You will receive an email with tracking upon your order's shipment
- Any Made to Order item will ship within a 1-2 week window
- All customs duties, taxes, or fees are the sole responsibility of the customer
- LDY Shop is required to accurately declare the value of international orders on all customs documents
- All international orders are shipped DHL Worldwide unless otherwise specified or arranged
If for any reason you are unhappy with your order LDY Shop is happy to offer a return within 7 days of the order being received. Customers are responsible for return related shipping costs.
- Please email email@example.com with "Return" in the subject line. Please note, we cannot accept returns sent to us without contacting us first.
- Carefully re-pack the item you'd like to return and mail to us via USPS, UPS, FEDEX, or DHL. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Tracking is highly recommended as we are not responsible for any undelivered or lost packages.
- LDY Shop will issue a refund upon the item's return and inspection for the purchase amount minus original shipping and handling costs.
